Road Gear Driver Hub Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 22, 2026
Road Gear LLC (“Road Gear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Road Gear Driver Hub mobile application and associated Road Gear Transportation Management System (“TMS”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the app and related driver services. Our online store is covered by a separate privacy policy.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on your company’s configuration and the features you use, we may process:
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, and account identifiers.
- Transportation information: Assigned loads, pickup and delivery details, delivery activity, and order completion history.
- Documents and images: Bills of Lading, delivery paperwork, load photos, and other files you upload.
- Vehicle inspection information: Inspection responses, reported issues, and photos or signatures you submit.
- Driver pay information: Earnings and payment information displayed through the TMS.
- Device and technical information: Device type, operating system, app version, and usage or diagnostic information used to maintain app performance.
- Support information: Communications and information you provide when contacting us.
We receive information directly from you, from your use of the app, and from your transportation company or authorized TMS users.
2. Camera, Photos, and Files
The app may request access to your camera or selected photos and files so you can scan and upload delivery documents, Bills of Lading, inspection photos, and other transportation records.
Submitted files are transmitted to Road Gear systems for operational and record-keeping purposes. You can manage device permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
3. Location Information
Depending on app settings and your company’s configuration, the app may collect device location while you use location-enabled features.
Location information may support dispatch operations, delivery progress monitoring, route and delivery management, and assistance to drivers.
You can manage location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location access may limit features that depend on it.

Retention depends on the type of information, the duration of your account or your company’s use of the services, operational record-keeping needs, applicable legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
Transportation documents, inspection records, and pay records may need to remain available after an account is closed where necessary for these purposes. When information is no longer required, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account or personal information by emailing info@roadgear.com with the subject “Driver Hub Data Deletion Request.”
Include your name, company name, and account email address so we can identify the relevant account. Do not send your password.
We may verify your identity and coordinate with your transportation company before processing the request. We will explain any information that must be retained and the applicable reason, such as legal obligations, security, or resolution of disputes.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or previously submitted information.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Send requests to info@roadgear.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
